1. Terms of Agreement

By accessing or using PostGo AI ("the Platform"), available at adwordgoogle.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or connect your accounts to the Platform.

2. Account Registration

To use our automated publishing tools, you must register for an account by providing a valid name, email address, and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all operations conducted through your account.

3. Facebook Pages & Scopes

PostGo AI leverages the official Meta Graph API and Facebook Login for Business. When using our Facebook integration:

• You must grant authorized scopes (such as `pages_show_list`, `pages_manage_posts`, and `pages_manage_engagement`) exclusively to let the Platform perform your scheduled workflows and automate comment responses.
• You must hold administrative access to the connected Pages.
• You agree to comply with Facebook's standard Terms of Service and **Developer Policies**.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use PostGo AI to publish any post or media file that:

• Contains hate speech, explicit content, violence, or direct harassment.
• Violates copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights of third parties.
• Is designed to spam, mislead, or breach the community guidelines of Facebook or Instagram.

5. Limitation of Liability

PostGo AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any account actions, suspensions, or posting blockades issued by Meta or Facebook resulting from your use of the Platform or your configured publishing speed/frequency.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access at any time for violation of these Terms of Service or to comply with official Meta developer guidance.
